Hard to get the pic with the tape. It appears to be 5" x 3 7/8"

It's 5" or 5.5" wide. You gave two different numbers. If it's 5.5" x 3 7/8" then my 03-05 100 Series TEQ grille badge will be perfect. Here's the link:

That looks great. Was it the correct size? You were replacing the "L" rear badge from an LX570 correct?

Yes, on a 2013 LX570. It fit quite well, its tight on the sides with a tiny bit of extra room top and bottom. Its 99.9% correct. Im happy with it.
