Has anyone had any experience trying to cancel contracts with Telus?
I've been reasonable happy with their service, their customer relations part not quite as happy. Certain billing practices being one of them.
I have been on Telus DSL pretty much since it first came out, and all of our communication services (internet, TV, phone, cell phones) are with them.
Recently the
bought a netbook, and unbeknownst to me picked up one of the Telus internet sticks shortly thereafter. Naturally they signed her up to a contract, and to cancel it is big bucks.
Being the vindictive bastard that I am when pissed off, I would like to threaten them with cancelling all my services and switching everything to Shaw if they do not do so. Now whether or not that is actually possible, remains to be seen.
