So who else wheeled their 80 at GSMTR?
I barely finished my sliders and rear bumper before leaving.
Did not even have time to grind or paint, just wheeled the snot out of her.
She did great even without lockers working.
Did trails 5, 4 and 8.
Had a great time, no damage other than a little tree rash on the rear drivers side but it will buff out.
Ended up camping beside Woody of all people on the first two nights.
Got the opportunity to talk to Robbie about what is up with my lockers and now have a good idea as to what to try next.

Right now.
Did not notice the size limits first time.
Ended up removing the rear flares because they were costing me to much time fabricating. I will probably end up just removing them all and durapak. After seeing Lances sweet 55/60 buggy I'm seriously seeing how a soft top would really be nice. Probably wait until the inevitable panel snatcher stikes.

Man, we need pics of those sliders and rear bumper.

PS, my roommy just picked up a locked 95 with a supercharger. Friggin' lucky bastid.

Concrete,
Here are a couple small pics.
I post up the build soon.
Got to finish them up.
Basically George sliders and similar design as 4x4Labs rear bumper.
I now have about 30 hours combined in on them.
Looks like around 40 hours both will be complete, painted and all.

Yeah, I heard you weren't taking it too well... :D

Cool, I was camped a few sites away, ment to take a better look at your rear bumper! My sliders are georges design with tube outriggers added similar to slees (nice for high lift).

Oops,
Woody moved me.
Not used to roaming around the rest of mud.
Adding the tube will be phase 2.

wadn't me ;)

can't wait to see the finished product for your rear bumper...love the fact you wheeled it and it was still in "rough" form!

Hey Bill - Where are you located?

hes outside winston. Nice work bill!! X2 on seeing some more bumper pics. Glad you kept her eh?

oh and concrete forgot the new leather all around!!!!!!!!!!:flipoff2:

I'll post up some pic of the build once the next phase kick in.
A week or two.
Clean up the rear, add hitch, tire carrier.
Clean up sliders and add step extensions.
Then but oh then the front must not be neglected.
But first things first - fix the lockers finally.
