I believe I have finally loaded the techstream and mini vci software I bought off amazon, but don't see any options for customization. I managed to check and clear my codes (c1249) so I think it works at least in part, but don't see any modification options. I checked the cable and there were three indicated failures, two can lines and the l line. Is this normal? What tab should I access to change to unlock all the doors with one button click? When I click on the customize tab it gives me an empty list. Thanks for any tips.

Not that it helps you much, but think I'm in the same boat. I got the techstream mainly to monitor trouble codes and AHC system. I was messing with it briefly the other day and noticed the customized settings weren't available, only the tilt & telescopic steering option.
I think I have version 9, just ordered it within the last month.
