TechStream help in SoFlo (1 Viewer)

I'm in the WPB area. Anyone in South Florida have a working copy of TechStream and willing to give me a few minutes of support? I want to do just a couple of small things. Disable the steering column from adjusting position when the key is inserted or removed (don't want to pull a fuse bc then I can't adjust at all) and I would also like to enable "All windows down" when I double click and hold unlock on the key fob. I can do it via the door key lock, but would like to be able to do it when I unlock the car from 50' away. Found an indy shop who told me they had TS, but when I got there, it was the newest cloud based version that they could not log in to. Had recently upgraded and have been fighting with it since.

The windows you can do with Carista if you want to get those done on your own.

It's a shame the steering wheel can't be done except via TS. I had to visit the dealer for that one thing since no one local to me responded when I put out a similar request a while ago. I complained enough to them that they just did it for free. Good luck.
