Does anyone have any experience with the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks? I know they are really popular on FJ's and the Tacomas have the same front suspension. I am trying to figure out what would be a good setup for my new Tacoma without breaking the bank.
My plan was to get a set of 5100's for $200, then find someone with a set of stock FJCruiser coils to net a full 3" of lift. Then get a set of Camburg UCA or ALL Pro UCA and do a diff drop. I need to run 295's without rubbing, and I guess I may have to trim the body mount in order to accomplish this.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
