TCM is integrated into the main vehicle ECM. 1995+ integrates both modules.

That sounds like it could be expensive lol,hopefully it might be a faulty relay,truck won't change gear until about 3000rpm,changed the transmission filter,new solenoids and a new kickdown cable,still no good,read on various forums etc it could be the tcm.Is the mainECM on the left footwell under the gloves box?
