tbi computer problems

OK now I know to use the emissions and all of the donor truck 1988 2500 but am I going to come across any computer problems emission wise. Or what about if it is an automatic truck and im keepnig the toy manual. I looked for the posts elsewhwere and all i see is to use the sme stuff of the old. Help I want to make sure I'm getting everything i need off the truck
