So this afternoon at work the dealership's first FJ shows up. The black cherry color. It was the first time i had seen one in real life. I liked it, but will stick with the 80.

Anyways, we are all looking at it up close and a salesman turns to me....

Saleman- Do you like?

Me- Its alright, wish it had a solid axle but it still has potential.

Salesman- So what do you drive?

Me- an 80

Salesman- 1980 cruiser? cool

Me- no, 94 80 series.

Salesman- oh ok, well you should look into the new FJ, it's a REAL 4WD ment for REAL wheeling.

How true is this!!! - seems to be the mentality of a lot of car sales guys these days! Leasing is like renting - just throwing your money away with nothing at all to show for it!! - Amazing however, how many people get sucked into this way of aquiring a vehicle. This is a fine way to get a vehicle if you have your own business and can write it off but so many customers are private purchasers.
