Tan interior colors LX & 100

My first choice of interior is gray, but in my hunt for our next 100 series I've come across some LX470's that meet all the other criteria I'm looking for except for the tan interior.

In some of the pictures the LX tan interior appears to be a little more toned down and not as yellowish tan I see on the 100's. Is it really a different shade or are they the same?

I think it varies a bit depending on the treatment of the leather, i.e. conditioner, cleaner etc. I can't say that there are different dyes but you would have to imagine that the natural leather itself would have to vary by some degree year over year. I can say that I have used various cleaners and treatments over the last few years and I can see a small difference in the overall color once complete. But whether or not there is a distinct difference between the LX or LC. ???

Take a look at Aatlas1X's vendor pages, he does replacement leather for the LC and LX to match the existing leather. He has a quite a few pics with the different leather colors.

I don't know about the color of the leather but the color of the plastic interior panels are the same for the LX and LC. 98-02 it was called Oak and after '03 it was called Ivory... presumably a little lighter in color? I've noticed the LX's often came in a lighter carpet with a contrasting darker floor mat. The LC is more monochromatic, carpet and floor mat.... so maybe the carpet/floormat color is throwing you off too.
