Here is another organization that is fighting to keep public access open in the BLM and Forest Service areas.
Worth checking out. As it has been pointed out by the BRC, The main thing we "recreationists" have going for us is sheer numbers. The more we get involved the better our chances of keeping the roads open.

As far as I know, they don't ask for donations. I tried to send the link where they supply a letter to DeFazio asking for his support on a new bill to free up thousands of acres of land, that has been determined not qualified for wilderness protection, to public access.
When I copied that link and posted it, it still took you to the home page. From there maybe you can figure out how to get to that letter. I'm obviously one of those technically challeged seniors,,,I think. :meh:
