Pretty sure it broke loose from going over bumps. Any advice on the best action for fixing it?

Local muffler shop for quick weld.
Take welding classes
Graduate
Become a certified ASME pipe welder
Buy a welder
Work in a fab shop for two years
Then weld it.
Or go to a local exhaust shop and have them weld it for $20.

Buy a 20$ Amazon or harbor freight chinesium stick welder then zap it together and send us pics. Should come out like this. But seriously go find a muffler shop thats an easy fix.
