Tail gate hinge!? (1 Viewer)

Looking for recommendations on a good set of tail gate hinges?
Anyone have a decent source for this type of stuff?
I had checked McMaster Carr, but didnt really seen anything there.
Its gotta be pretty stout.

Don't know if they're the type your looking for or not but Sierra Welding on Glendale has super heavy duty weld on type hinges with brass pin inserts. They have them in several different sizes...

Although MMC doesn't list the type Sierra Welding has they have other weld-on type hinges that might work...

Just found them...Allegis has the weld-on type that SW carries...and they're available in different materials including stainless

If you didn't want them to be lift off you just reverse the pair of hinges...

HMMMM...that Mcmaster link had "door butt" hinges with holes.
Id rather have something removable. I didnt see those when i looked.

There was a lister on MUD that just made repro's of the 45 tailgate hinges. You may want to run a quick search.
