Tahuya run 1/19/14

Doing the tahuya loop in my 80 with some guys from Toyota of puyallup in there stock to heavily modified tacomas, 4runners and truggies. Figured id send out an open invitation to anyone who might be interested in running the loop, personally never done it so will be a fun experience none the less!

Surprised you aren't going to Elbe instead, I didn't think there was much to wheel at Tahuya other than a couple of water holes and Yellow Jacket Hill?

Yeah elby will probably be next time, lot of people are not coming because of game and I don't blame them I'll have it on dvr, but the rigs that are going are pretty much stock so it's a break in run I'm just there for the hell of it

Some of those puddles are deep, so keep an eye out. Particularly if you come across a bunch of "spectators" just hanging out to see who's foolish enough to try to make it across. More than one engine has been hydrolocked there...

Have fun, and let me know when you decide to hit Elbe, could probably gather some of us North-end cruisers to come down and meet up.

Sounds great! Never been to elbe, nor have I met any cruiserheads throughout owning the 100 series and my current 80 so would be fun! Im pretty open on weekends so if you know any people to ask around for a good time just let me know. :cheers:

Not many pictures sadly... Was fun though! We ended up having just my 96 80 my cousins stock 91 and a guy in a 80s wrangler on 33s. The stock 91 did surprising well with bald street tires! Only bi-passed yellowjacket.
