T100 2wd to 4wd tcase (1 Viewer)

I have a 96 T100 2wd that I"m considering swapping over to 4wd with SAS. Before I get myself into this, I was wondering if its possible to take the 2wd AUTO trans and add a transfer case from another auto t100 trans? I work at a small toyo shop and we just happen to have a bad auto trans with a good t-case on it for a t100. Is this a pretty straight forward swap of parts or would I need to dig into the auto trans and swap parts also? Anyone have any experience on how difficult this might be?
