T-case

anyone know where I can get a pre-85 transfer case? Mine is slinging gear oil on to the cat, and is noisy as all he77. I buy another so i can work on my 85

I would do a little searchin on Cruiserparts.net (see what the over all experience has been) I've had iffy stuff from them. I've never picked up a T case or drive train stuff just misc parts. They did ship fast but, hit or miss on the phone questions. I might try Tim Hill not sure what 60 stuff he has but, I got my H41 not to long ago. He even delivered it to Silver for me. Whata guy... Don't have his number handy but if you search it should come up.

i would love to go through cruiserparts.net. But all the money i just dumped into my 85, and just bought the 82. I really need to try and keep it cheap, hopefully used, local and under 3-400. The wifes gonna kill me if she find out about this problem

I have gotten several things from them and never had a problem. Items were delivered in the condition that was stated. They are sometimes willing to barter on prices as well. If you don't find it local at least they fall into the $300-$400 price range that you stated, although it is on the high side, but hey it is free shipping.
