Swapping Parts from 1987 FJ60 to 1983 BJ42?

So yesterday I was replacing my headlight cuz one took a rock, and I dropped the little screw for the retaining ring and couldn't find it. Then I said, gee, I have a 'donor vehicle'--my 1987 FJ60, so I grabbed a screw off of it.

Question is: How much is swapable? The driver's seatbelt on the BJ is really worn, so I'm gonna go check that out as a swap. What else? Any ideas appreciated.

Looks negatory on the seatbelts. The belts in the '60 aren't too hot either
