swap my 85 BJ 60 Diesel wagon for fj60 -80 with a.c. ?

1985 bj60 diesel 5 spd , grey on grey , old man emu dakar suspension , jvc cd , jbl speakers , power door locks , imobilizer , limo tint , 5 33" bfg at tires , warn xd9000i winch , mechancialy excellent , has some rear quarter rust and some frame rust , tired of chasing the rust .

would be interested in swapping for a southern us 60 or 80 with a.c. , stock cruiser with out rust or what have you ?

i have a box of recipts for over $9000 of the things that have been replaced in the last 24 months , complete brake job , complete exhaust from the manifold back , replaced all tie rod ends , oil and filter ever three months
