Just had an 33x15 XTerrain die due to Payette rash. Found 2 sets of 35x15 Swamper Muds like new for probably 400-500. Is the 2 ply sidewall strong enough? Thx

Rayon is tougher than Polyesther so see what the materials are. It also depends on the size of the cord and the density of the weave for the sidewall material. One sort of measurement is the simple, how heavy is the tire. The heavier the better - more materials built in. Also, feel the flex in the sidewall, is it stiff or?
The last thing would be to go to a tire site and search for user comments.
Hopefully someone has had experience with the S Swampers here and can share.
i have the bias ply on my truck and you cant see side wall flex till under 7lbs

Got em mounted and balanced for $30 at the Pavillions service station. Paid $500 and they are like new! Testing at Tanto tomorrow.
