I'm running 38x15.50 TSL Swamper Radials on my 60 and was wondering what the actual size of this tire is? Any thoughts?

I measured my 32X11.50 BFG ATs with my 40 sitting on them at street pressure, and was surprised to find that they measured a whopping 29 and 3/4 inches tall. I put on some 33" TSL's, and they measured much closer to the advertised size- within a half inch. Swampers tend to run pretty close, if not a little bigger, than actual size
