any guys here from the NOVA/DC/MD area that has a 200 series and could help with a lift install? i'm going with the bilstein 6112 and 5100 combo with arb 2721 springs in the rear, i dont have a lift but i do have jack stands and jack along with impact gun and all the hand tools we'll need, i put the lift on my JK when i had it but never worked on the cruiser yet and would like some help if anyone has any experience.

PLEASE purchase from a MUD supporting vendor @bjowett sells this complete kit. He's the one who invested all the costs of testing and creating this kit. I tested it for 6 months and loved it. Brian's a great guy.

There's moe than enough info here to tackle the install in your driveway.

i've purchased from bjowett and actually he was the first one i contacted to try an purchase everything through him, unfortunately he said he is getting out of suspensions and wasn't able to sell me the bilstein kit, he was however gracious enough to provide me any and all info that i asked of him which was priceless. He's supported the community a great deal and has provided a wealth of knowledge to all of us and I had in my mind that I wanted to give him the business and support.

Ray,

Were you able to install your suspension? I live in Leesburg and if you need someone to give you a hand I am available. I am also contemplating un upgrade in the future so maybe we can learn together. I am fairly mechanically skilled.

Regards,

Mitch

i haven't gotten around to it yet, i finally have the whole kit together, the front bilsteins were on back order a couple weeks and they just got here last thursday. i've been busy with work and had a brake job to take care of on the cayenne as the dealer wanted 7.5 hours at $165 an hour!!! took me less than 3 on jack stands in my garage! i'm a decent wrench so i'm gonna be tackling this myself just not sure when i'm thinking next weekend sometime. i'm in alexandria, what days work for you
