Surround View Camera

What years did the Land Cruiser and the LX first get "surround view" cameras? Did they both get it in 2016?

Pulling my hair out trying to figure out for certain.

Oh wow. You are talking the camera view that is used for backing into spots, sometimes called "5 camera". Where you see a "birdseye" view of your lx while it is in reverse?

I'm talking about the front and side cameras that you can see at the same time. The rearview/backing up camera is a displayed separately from the other views. Mine is the precursor of the "bird eye" view system you probably referring to and only has 3 cameras instead of 4.

It looks like bird eye view started with 2016 LX. The LC may have gotten later.

The 360 Birds Eye camera system was standard on USA Land Cruisers 2016 and newer.
