Support star status

Just curious if anyone else has trouble with their "star" status stopping without notice?

The last time I set it up on auto-renew so I wouldn't miss it and I jsut noticed today that my silver star was gone. Just wondering is anyone else has had trouble with similar.

My "guess" is the subscription updates after it actually "expires"....so there is a momentary delay....and because the cron job for the database doesn't run instantly, there is also a potential delay there.
