I was thinking that it might be a good idea to have a sticky where people can put up links to suppliers of parts and materials that club members might need. Recently, both Mat and Glenn and others have put up some good links in threads to suppliers. I've found that search doesn't work so well in the club section of mud. If when people did posts that included an interesting supplier, they could also put the link into a sticky so the information would not get lost.
In addition, perhaps the how to threads that Mat and others have done should be included in a "DYI" section. It could be on the public side or private club side. What is important for me is that the work members do to create these threads not be lost in the multiple threads of giberish that people like me create.
