Super Pro Bushings / Poly Bushings

Poly bushings - Ordering from Alcan on Monday I hope.

I like these http://store.yahoo.com/coolfj40/busfjleafspr.html but no way I am willing to pay 2x as much for them? Any ideas here. I see they are from AU, and have found a few other dealers here in the US, but how will i knwo they fit MY alcan 4" springs ? (I was going Alcan b/c thats the springs I have and they already have bushings in them) But it seems as if I am going to have to order enough for everything so it will match? I just need them for the shackle to frame. (But will order a kit IF I have to.)

Basically wondering how the http://www.superpropoly.com/ bushings are? And where I can get them the cheapest? And are they worth a little bit more than the $25-$30 poly that most other places stock?

Prolly my answer won't help much...I used OME poly bushings along with the OME shackles/etc. Never really thought about quality of poly bushings. Just assumed OME was good enough. Most are plenty happy with their stuff, maybe it will work OK for you too? Sorry I couldn't help more.

I'd changed to SOR poly bushing from conventional rubber bushing and am satisfied with it's longer life but don't know about riding quality.

Ride quality should be stiffer. But handleing should also be improved. I swapped to poly bushings on some of the front suspension I had on a mustang 5.0 and it made a great difference. More responsive.

I mainly curious about this specific type of bushing. From what I can tell searching on the net they seem to be a good bushing. But when do you see alot of negative about something unless its really bad.

I just looked back over my info from Alcan and these arent that much more. Maybe $5 for the comlete set. I guess my main issue now is, do I order the 1/2 kit (12 bushings for 6 mounting points) I really only need 8, for my shackles to frame connections.
Or do I buy the comlete kit from CCOT? I think the ALcan bushings should be the same, but if they are not then I am set back even more?

I'd replace all the rubber bushings. It's a PIA, but the OEM ones are no doubt at the end of their life, and PU will handle better.
