Has anyone had trouble with a slow opening roof? I have an '03 and the roof has trouble opening if the sun shade is closed. I have put some grease on the rails which helped some but it's still very slow. I'm hoping I don't have a motor problem.

The only thing I can think of is keeping it greased like you already have done and what about your battery condition? Is it new? An old battery I would think could cause a sunroof to open slowly.
Sunroofs in general can be tough to fix. Whenever I open mine I first move the sunshade by hand to lower the load on expensive stuff. Go easy on your motor and make it last as long as you can. Be prepared to have it stick open on you and open accordingly.
