Just browsing some roof rack design on the web and notice the different mounting location on the rail.
The first is the non sunroof roof rack for Australian model with formula off road rack and the second is Mr Slee LX470 with Outback rack.

Is that mean there is another set of mouting holes on the channel?

Outback rack has a aluminum extrusion that bolts to the roof using existing 3 per side mounting locations. The rack then has feet that bolt to captive nuts that slide in the rails, so the feet can really be any place.

The rack on my truck does not have the sunroof hatch. Some have a hatch that can be opened from inside the car (with sunroof open obviously). The hatch can also been totally removed.

So Outback uses the same channel mouting like Hannibal. I thought Outback use direct bracket to the OEM mounting holes as quoted in the South African Land Cruiser Club.
Thanks for the info Slee.

Never seen the Hannibal mount, but I guess you could interpret it as a mount to the oem holes, since the rail mounts to the oem holes.

The 100 series Outback 1/2 rack mounts to the oem roof rack side rails.
