In case anybody is interested, I'll be going out again Sunday.
Seven Springs area. I'd like to visit a mine out in the area. I'd also like to go back to where I was this last Sunday, and take a tral that runs off of RD 41 (New River Canyon) and goes up to the mesa at the top of the new River Mountains. That hill climb I'd call moderate. I made it no probs in my 60, but my wife's cousin, who was driving his 100, lifted, 33's and a winch, totaly freaked out and I had to help him back down to a safe turn around point. Was concerned about body damage or some such silly thing
Seriously, it's really pretty easy. A bone stock Wrangler went up it.
There is also another mine in that area I'd like to see if I can get to. Road may be too washed out, though. May either come out Table Mesa at I-17, or back through Seven Springs.
Most of the main roads are 'easy' Others may be moderate +. Others I haven't been on, so I dunno. I just like exploring, seeing what's out there.
