I would really like to have a sunroof installed. Where would I go to get one put in?

I have heard there is a multitude of wires running throughout under the headliner. For sensors and such.
i would DEFINTELY check with Toyota BEFORE digging in.

Head liner is a speaker

I read somewhere that the headliner acts as a speaker in the FJ.
A sunroof would probably have a negative effect on the dynamics of that feature...gm

I didnt think of that. Too bad that wasnt an option..

Here is the only thing I found. Unfortunately, I dont know who did the conversion- maybe ASC? hopefully someone can add more info

God i loved the panoramic roof i was thinking if the Fjs got it as an option it will be soper

on the FJCruiserforums, that panoramic was installed by a company in NC. I believe they were called stage coach accessories. The head liner acting like a speaker or working with the speaker is bogus, afterall, they are only exciters. I my self am going the otherway. Panoramic is nice but I'm going the other way. I'm having a 20x40 sunroof installed...the good kind though. This one tucks back into the roof and a wind deflector pops up when that does thus reducing the air turbulence. Be ready for the $$ though. Mine is cositng $1200.00 installed but the roof is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. Tell us what you got if you get it done! Good luck!
