Are they looking to sell-out as a turn key business, or are they looking to liquidate assets? The latter may be of interest to some of us.

They've done some work on my old truck and Honda. Good folks. They also painted my Honda and the 80 for dirt cheap. I hate to see them go...

Not sure. They didn't mention any liquidation so I assume it would be selling the entire budiness
