Was there a summary - an agreement would be too much to hope for in this venue - on what a conventional green coolant is today? Are the ones w/ "extended life" "any model" "long life" excluded even if Dexcool or 2-EH [A] isn't listed? Does Zerex qualify? Texaco? Peak Long Life?

I know for sure that Prestone "Original Green" (tough to find here), Shellzone Green are OK. GL05 and Dexcool-type coolants are not OK.

The Texaco Green in the Black Bottle is the old type EG formulation...

Zerex still makes one, it is aptly named "Zerex Original Green."
