New guy here! My name is Seth, I came to the meeting earlier in the year, but obligations have kept me from participating since then (baby, building a home addition, working on the truck). I hope to participate more heavily in the coming year.
Anyway, I'm going camping up at Donner Lake this weekend and want to do some off roading. I'm not real familiar with the area as I'm a NorCal transplant. Does anyone have any suggestions for some mild to moderate trails around Truckee?
I got an 80 series land cruiser in February and haven't done too much to build it up yet, mostly just baselining. No lockers, no armor. I've put on a 2.5" lift, 35" tires and 4.88 gears, but other than that it's pretty stock. I'm ok with scratches, but not looking for dents or damage this weekend (you guys are way more hard core than I am!). Any suggestions would be welcome.
