SOA - Spring Over Axle
SUA - Spring Under Axle

The terms refer to where the springs are mounted with respect to the axle. All 60's are factory sua, the spring pack mount under the axle housing. SOA is a common lift conversion giving ~5"-6" with stock springs, and increasing under axle clearence. In general terms, the spring pack is relocated to mount on top of the axle housing.

Yea, i have looked at that stock setup, probably ok in the desert, but pretty stupid for most off roading nowadays...5 or 6" of lift is quite a bit, but that would make it right..

whos got the springs aftermarket????
the other thing I think is weird is no clearance for aftermarket air cleaners, or is there no air cleaner that will fit under there without a body lift????
