Stumped by AC belt

I've read some searchrd threads and it mentions a tensioner pully bellow the Ac compresor. Well I have found said pully ( I think). Do I have to loosen the bolt on the face of the puylly? It seems to be holding tha actual pully itself.
I have loosend the bolt that goes through the pully from under the truck and nothing seems to be loosening. That bolt was quite loose itself and there seems to be a double nut at the top end.

The other two belts were a breeze. Im even tempted to just leve the Ac belt on. It looks OK.

Yes, loosen the bolt on the pulley face before trying to move the pulley with the other bolt.

AAHHHH, so thats how that works...
I Fu*#ed around with that damn bolt for hours never getting the damn pulley to move...

Turns out AC was the easiest to replace. Goterdone!
