OK, its time to reveal my ignorance.

Yesterday I needed my hazard lights and I couldn't get the switch to move. I can't decide it's just stuck or if this is a repeat of the 2 hours I spent the first time I tried to put the back seat down.

I am tempted to give it a good whack with something, but we all know the story of brittle plastic on old trucks.

Is there a trick to it, or should I try a little percussive therapy?

I had this same issue. I freaked out as well, but then found that the column clam shell trim piece was in the way of the switch moving. Try to push the trim piece away from the switch and see if that works for you too.

Like Magic!!!!!!!!

Thanks Cincodemustache!

10 minutes from broke to fixed.
