I started replacing the AHC globes on my 06 LC today, started at the drivers side front, bled it down then used a headset wrench (link below) to try and remove the globe. Damn thing wouldn't budge so out came the BFH and it was off in short order. I noticed the old globe had a decent bit of rust on it so I hit the other 3 with PB blaster (In retrospect should have been using the PB blaster on these for the last week) Moved on to the driver's side rear and struggled with that one for half an hour before it finally came free. Unfortunately I cant get either of the passenger side globes off even after struggling with them for a couple hours. I soaked them with PB blaster and will let them sit overnight and try again tomorrow. Any suggestions for getting these things off? They're proving to be a real pain.

Not sure how much leverage you're getting with a bike tool, try a 36mm autocraft fan clutch tool, at about 13.5 inch you get plenty of leverage and the globes should undo easily. A bfh shouldn't be necessary.
