Stretch an 40 frame the length of a LPb

How much difficulty is it stretch a 40 frame to the length of a 45lv or lpb. I want to build an FJ43 Troopy style rig using my 40.

Not difficult if you have the welding skills. There are plenty examples of the frame stretching on Mud. I just got through doing a 55 frame and extended the wheel base to 118" for a 40 to 45 build, if you are interested in chatting with me I will be glad to share my journey with you. Coeman is correct. Depending on your fab and welding ability.
Jack Rice has a nice example here of a very clean and correct way of doing it.
It's not a difficult task it's just something you want to do correct and square.
