My wife’s ‘13 battery died, so I jumped it. Now, my dash is lit up. The diff is locked, etc. I’m in a parking lot, so I can’t pull codes.

Any help??

Update: after letting the car sit and batter charge, everything appears to be normal. On my way to Costco for a new battery!
