From Arrow Towing:

"Arrow Towing was dispatched by the Pottawatamie County SO to recover a stolen Jeep from a mud hole on the Missouri River bottoms, under the Morman Bridge on I-680. There was no access from below with another wheeled vehicle, as the Jeep had likely been there for several days, and we've had several inches of rain lately. The easiest course of action to prevent any additional damage to the brand new Jeep was to lift it straight up to the bridge. The minor environmental spill from the fluids in the Jeep was cleaned up as well. Sgt. Freeman from the Pott County SO even got in on the fun.

Great work again by the Arrow Towing Team!"

No kidding. What a mess. Looks like Nebraska plates. Probably stolen out of Omaha.
