Stock Ride height on a 2000 LC center of hub to fender ?

What is the measurement from the center of the hub to the metal fender on the rear of a 2000 LC ? Not to the flair but to the actual lip of the metal fender

ok how about does 21" from center of rear hub to the edge of the rear fender sound like a stock or raised back end on a 2000 LC ?

My stock 2000 lx is about 21 in the rear.
