Hi All
My LC 100 has done 200K miles. I am finding that the rear seems to be bottoming out and is more bouncy than before, even with new shocks installed. The truck has not been off road, its my wife's car and it does city commutinmg duty! Is it normal for the springs to get weak at this mileage? Should I replace them with stock springs or is there a better alternative for normal driving and long road trips?

Thank you

The springs are probably ready to be changed. I just did mine on an AHC 98 with 130k, and they were worn.

If you don't carry a lot of weight regularly, stock springs should work or at least exceed what you have now. You can get heavier OME springs or use an airbag system with stock springs.

Thanks....I think these are done. Any idea where I can source a new set? My wife likes the ride so maybe go with stock oem's?
