Stock color question? (1 Viewer)

[Red Fox Ranch]

I've seen one of these FJ60s once that had a rusty deep red factory paint, not bright red. I would call it Cheyenne Red or almost Sandstone??? Anyone have one? Anyone know the color code?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have only seen that brighter red. If no one replies with the code you can always find a local parts store that mixes auto paint. Just ask to look at the color books for the 1980s.
When I worked at a Dupont dealer we always had the books with color chips in them, factory code and Dupont code. You might be able to find that coluour that way.
