stihl 028 floods engine

I cleaned carb and apark arrest when chainsaw wouldnt start tried to start again and fuel starts running out muffler when you pull string . so i seated carb adj. screws and backed them out 1.25 turns like manual says to do and same thing happens? any help would by much app. thanks

Any chance the welch plug on your carb is not in place? Did you check the metering lever height and the needle valve?

Has this saw run before? Do you have good spark?

Is this an 028 that has points or is it electronic ignition?
