Steering wheel telescopic motor diagram

my steering wheel will not move out or in. I hear what I thin is the motor but no movement. It does tilt up and down. On work done on this area was about 8 months ago. I had the key tumbler fixed because it broke. The dealer had to do the job 2 times because the steering column would move up and down. Could they of forgot to assemble something?

does anyone have a diagram of the column noting the motor that needs to be changed?

Ok found the thread. My motor is spinning could the shaft of gotten disconnected? The dealer work on the ignition.
