I've owned my 03 100 with 140,000 for about 6 months and it has always pulled some to the right. A few weeks ago, I cranked the t-bars about 3/4" and installed new tires. I got it aligned at the dealership immediately after. It still pulls to the right, not terrible but enough to be annoying. As far as I know, the rig has never been in an accident nor is there any evidence of the damage to the frame. The carfax was clean as well.
I noticed this weekend that the steering wheel immediately comes back to center on left turns but it only slowly returns to center on right turns (with my assistance). Maybe it has always done this since I've owned it and it took me this long to notice the slow recovering after turning right. I'm not sure if the pulling and slow to center recovering is related.
I plan to take the rig back to the dealership to recheck the alignment. I will inform them about the pulling and the slow to center issue. I have no faith they will have any insight on the slow to center issue or if they can fix it. Anything I need to be considering other than having the alignment double checked? Can the camber be adjusted on these rigs? Thanks.

There is some camber and castor adjustment available but generally they are limited after lifting. Castor probably has more affect on centering the wheel. You could also have un-even drag in the steering rack. I would find out if the dealer does alignment in house or if they farm it out. In either case, you could get a hold of the alignment report with all the values and post them up for other members to compare against their own reports or we might even notice some imbalance right off the bat.

Here is my initial alignment report. The dealership does the alignment in-house. Nothing really jumps out at me but I'm still going to have them recheck. I need to research/understand the "steering rack" system. Lemme know if you see anything out of wack. Thanks.
