Hey Guys, I've been chasing this issue for some time now with no luck so I've decided to turn to the experts. Here goes: Beginning at 60 mph, I can tell that my wheel has some play, and at times, the wheel wobbles. I have a video, yet cannot figure out how to post. I can email it to anyone that's interested.

Work done so far:

-Standard alignment
-Road force alignment
-Camber adjustment
-Standard Toyota alignment

The tires probably have another 30-40k on them, they are Mich LTX and appear to be in great shape. Also, my mechanic told me that he believes that the the vehicle may have aftermarket

Any ideas?

Rotate the tires front to back one side at a time to make sure it isn't a damaged or unbalanced tire. Several threads here on loose steering racks. Have the wheel bearings and spindle bearings been serviced. What is the aftermarket part on your truck.

Thanks for your reply. I opted not to have the wheel bearings repacked, when conducting the 90k service. It's on my list. Are the spindle bearings commonly covered during the 90k? I'll need to check my records.

How to check for the loose steering rack?
