Steering Gear Box

I need help changing my steering gear box on my 1 Ton Dodge CTD nightmare. This thing weighs nearly 40lbs with fluid, and is going to cost me $900 at the shop . Any help getting this thing off and on will be a big favor.

Not sure. The truck is at the shop getting the tranny looked at right now.
