Steering Dampener Removal

Hey All,
I am trying to replace my steering dampener but can't get the old one off.

Passenger side came off with a little PB lube and some hammering.
Drivers side is another issue. I've tried heat, PB lube, pitman arm puller(because it is smaller, I can only get one of the claws to grab behind).

Still no go. Any other ideas

Problem solved.
I kept the torque on the puller for about 15 minutes and it finally broke loose.

I had to use a pickle fork to get mine off last week. This was my last resort, but it did pop off. Mine was a tapered fit that held well for 150K.
