I saw online that someone swapped their GX470 steering wheel for a Camry steering wheel. It was a 1-1 swap. Would anyone happen to know what steering wheels would be a 1-1 swap for the GX460? I tried to do a search, but my google fu has failed me.

I'm not sure for the 460. I have a 470 with a Camry steering wheel and I just looked at pictures on eBay. The airbag/buttons center section shape was the same. Toyota likes to save money by using parts across their entire line.
Look at vehicles in the same year range. Swapping my steering wheel in one of my favorite mods and the only one that made me money. I made $100 profit when I sold the partial wood steering wheel on eBay.

But do all the buttons (aside from the horn) work? Do you have steering wheel heater, if so does that work also??
That's the one thing I wish that the steering wheel heater worked on the entire GX steering wheel and not just on the leather sections.

If you are asking me...

The 470 didn't have a heated wheel. Everything else works. I transferred the airbag, horn and buttons from the old wheel. Just replaced the slick wood with grippy rubber.
