I'm wondering if I can use Staun internal beadlocks on my stock wheels (1999 100-Series LC) and if anyone is using them on their truck?

Also, others opinion as to how low can I deflate to on the stock rim with 285/75/16's. I'm figuring 15 pounds is safe.

I typlically stay around 18 psi with my DTs. But it is all dependent on your terrain, tire sidewall, and vehicle weight. I believe you don't want any less than 75% of your sidewall showing.

I've gone to 18psi and I wouldnt go much lower.

I've taken KM-2's down to 12lbs and AT's to 16PSI and had no problems. I wouldn't play on rocks with that PSI on a 100. But for slick mud and climbs you can't beat.

I pulled 2 AT's off the rim at 14PSI.

If I'm on snow I will go to 10psi and rocky/FSR terrain I will go down to 12-15psi. I've got a BJ42 and I wheel it moderate to hard, never had a bead come off. A few guys I wheel with will air their tires down to the 4-7psi mark but I don't see much more gain in traction for what we do when going down that low.
